  1. Quick add event i.e. when sending a letter from mail template

    When you fill a mail template on CRM it would save time if you had the option to quick add the event for sending a letter. Currently if you send an email it works great as the communication is sent and the events are updated, however, when sending a letter from a template you either have to save as a PDF and attach to documents or you have to print out and attach a copy of the letter you have sent, this takes additional time.

    It would save time if you could create a contact and a client in one go and they were then automatically linked.

  4. Client Overview Tab & Page number in Job List

    1. Is there a way to add/delete/edit to the Overview Tab when viewing a client? I've added a custom field, is there another way to edit the fields that are already in there? Ie. Trading Address or Client Reference?

    2) Is it possible to add the page numbers to the top of the list of jobs? We'd like to be able to view them at the top & bottom or top only.

  5. Visual of outstanding jobs on dashboard

    We're struggling to see what jobs are outstanding at any given point.

    The calendar shows jobs by completion date (helpful as the deadline approaches but not much good before that) and the filters are well hidden.

    Something more visual on the dashboard would be great, some kind of pie chart based on a chosen filter perhaps or even just the number of jobs currently outstanding for that filter with a short list of the next 5 deadlines straight underneath.

    You could have say 5 customisable filters running along the top of the dash - it would be unbelievably useful in…

  6. Add Default Settings Option in Task Window

    In task view, this would allow date range and type of task (All, In Progress, Completed) to be set to a default. Allowing the user to decide what setting works for them instead of need to change those field each time you log-in to CentreCRM or saving a bookmark with your settings.

  7. Allow task deadline dates greater than the job deadline date

    Occasionally a task or two may not get finished on time, for whatever reason (monthly bookkeeping for example).

    At present if I want to assign that incomplete task a new deadline date if can't be greater than the job's final deadline date. That's easy to amend obviously but if any of the related mail merge fields are reliant upon that initial job deadline date then amending it isn't really an option.

    I agree there needs to be a warning in place when one tries to create a task outside the normal deadline but we should be able to override it…

  8. Adding contacts to clients and vice versa

    Already covered here but i'd like to give it another nudge https://centrecrm.uservoice.com/forums/249581-general/suggestions/6639944-make-client-contact-addition-easier

    The current process is really counter-intuitive. At a minimum could we perhaps have a pop-up warning when adding a new contact/client that it perhaps needs something attaching to it? A 'would you like to attach a contact to this client' box perhaps? It's a real bug bear as it stands, i'm constantly adding clients, creating jobs then realising there's no contact attached.

  9. Automatically create jobs within existing jobs

    Think of a new client boarding job. Part of that might well be to create additional jobs (regular payroll, quarterly VAT, annual accounts etc).

    You can currently click complete on a task and it triggers an email. How about completing a task that then generates a whole new job?

  10. The ability to override the active milestone

    At the moment the active milestone is based on the earliest incomplete task. It would be handy to be able to override that when for instance a task at the beginning of the workflow is still incomplete but you're still able to focus on later tasks (and subsequently a milestone) without that it causing a problem.

  11. Add further options & filters to the Mail tab

    Currently the options available are either awaiting approval or all. I'd also like to see sent or deleted (all would be my last preference really).

    Also the ability to filter emails by client/contact/keyword/date sent for be great.

  12. Custom job fields to pick up data from other customer job fields

    Scenario:

    A job has two custom fields: a text field and a select box field. The ability for the entries within the select box field to pick up data from the text field would be fantastic.

  13. Create a merge field to pick up the name of the staff member logged in.

    This would be useful to dynamically create signatures where you want it to be in the main email body as opposed to the footer.

  14. How do i run a report for all accounts for march 2015 or annual returns due in Oct 2015 ?

  17. Job name should be picked up via job template

    When creating a new job based on an existing template it's quite annoying to have to name it each time.

    It would be much better if the name was pre-populated based on a name given to it in the job template, with the option to simply edit the job name if need be.

  18. New contacts attached to a client after job creation should receive auto emails

    It would seem if you attach a contact after job creation said contact won't be included within any of the automatic emails that go out. The only way I can see to rectify that is to then delete the job and recreate it - not particularly ideal at all.
