1) It would be very handy to be able to view all emails within a single location as opposed to go into each particular client or job.

2) Having a toggle feature where by you could manually approve emails before them being sent could be beneficial - automation is great but if for some reason a step hasn't been followed correctly it's easy for dud info to go out to the client.

3) As sent items don't appear within the sent items folder of our email providers, a blanket BCC option would prove good - I work heavily from Outlook and whilst I love the idea of automation I dislike not having a copy to hand of what's been sent.
