DOB field missing
Surely this should be standard for individuals as opposed to having to create a custom field?

Hi Kevin,
We have added a separate DoB field to contacts. I think that if you want a DoB field for Clients, then this should be added as custom field, as it would only apply to Individuals and not all Client Types.

Hi guys. I'm surprised to see this classed as completed. It really shouldn't be down to the user to create a DOB field for individuals, it's something that should be implemented system wide for individuals. Having the DOB field within the contact is all but pointless in my opinion.

I see. Given the individual is the entity the info relates to rather than the attached contact (contact could be the wife for example) then I think DOB should be standard under individual details.
