Creating And Editing Contacts
Creating Contacts
- Navigate to the Contacts tab
- Click Add Contact
- Fill out the desired information
- Click Save
- First name
- Email (if Available for mail template is checked)
Editing Contacts
- Navigate to the Contacts tab
- View the Contact you wish to edit
- Click Edit
- Adjust information as required
- Click Save
Available for mail template checkbox
This checkbox specifies whether the Contact will be in the available recipients list when you perform a Mail Merge operation for a Job or Client.
If this checkbox is ticked then the Contact's email field will be a required field.
