Upload A Document
Uploading Documents
- Navigate to the Documents tab
 - Drag and drop files you wish to upload into the box that says Drop Files Here, or click on it to open a file select box
 
Assigning Documents
Documents can be assigned to Clients or Jobs.
To assign a Document when you upload it:
- Click Show upload settings underneath Drop Files Here
 - Select the type you wish to assign the Document to
 - Select the specific Client or Job you wish to assign the Document to
 - Upload a Document
 
- Click Edit on the Document you wish to assign
 - Select the type you wish to assign the Document to
 - Select the specific Client or Job you wish to assign the Document to
 - Click Save
 
Tagging Documents
Like most things in CentreCRM, Documents can be tagged.
To tag a Document when you upload it:
- Click Show upload settings underneath Drop Files Here
 - Type in or select the tags you wish to use
 - Upload a Document
 
- Click Edit on the Document you wish to tag
 - Type in or select the tags you wish to use
 - Click Save
