Job Types

Job Types allow you to categorize your Jobs, and each of your Jobs in CentreCRM requires a Job Type.

CentreCRM provides a few common types by default, which can be edited or deleted as required.

To find Job Types:
  1. Navigate to the Settings tab and click on Job Types under the Types section

Adding Job Types

  1. Click the Add Job Type button
  2. Enter the name of the Job Type
  3. Click Save

Editing Job Types

  1. Click the Edit button on the Job Type you wish to edit
  2. Enter your new Job Type name
  3. Click Save

Deleting Job Types

  1. Click the Delete button on the Job Type you wish to delete
  2. Click OK on the confirmation box that appears
Note that if a Job Type has been used then it cannot be deleted.
