Job Activity Log

All Jobs have an activity log that allows you to view all Job related activities from creation to completion, which allows you to monitor and audit everything that happened on a Job.

Events that appear in the log include Job creation, updating a Task, adding a note or mail merging. Events will include the relevant user and a timestamp.

Viewing Activity Log

  1. Open the Job you wish to view activity for
  2. Click the Events tab
