Mail Merge From A Job

You can create a Mail Merge from a Job.

Note that the following need to be true for Mail Merge to work:

Create A Mail Merge

  1. Open the relevant Job
  2. Click on Fill template
  3. Select the desired Mail Template
  4. Select the recipients in the right sidebar
  5. You can now choose to either:
  1. Download as PDF - will download a merged PDF document to your computer
  2. Send Emails - will automatically send out merged documents via email
