Mail Merge From A Job
Note that the following need to be true for Mail Merge to work:
- A Mail Template must be available
- There must be at least one Contact available for Mail Merge
Create A Mail Merge
- Open the relevant Job
- Click on Fill template
- Select the desired Mail Template
- Select the recipients in the right sidebar
- You can now choose to either:
- Download as PDF - will download a merged PDF document to your computer
- Send Emails - will automatically send out merged documents via email
