    A tick box to automatically copy the legal address into the trading address fields would be useful and save a bit of time.

  6. Entering details of client's fees & pipeline clients

    To make this the central hub of practice management, expected fees could be entered and reported.
    Also tracking leads so that a separate CRM system isn't needed

  7. Visual of outstanding jobs on dashboard

    We're struggling to see what jobs are outstanding at any given point.

    The calendar shows jobs by completion date (helpful as the deadline approaches but not much good before that) and the filters are well hidden.

    Something more visual on the dashboard would be great, some kind of pie chart based on a chosen filter perhaps or even just the number of jobs currently outstanding for that filter with a short list of the next 5 deadlines straight underneath.

    You could have say 5 customisable filters running along the top of the dash - it would be unbelievably useful in…

  9. Allow tasks to be muted

    At times, I will have clients how are very far behind on returns. I am aware of these, yet they still show up at the top of my list of jobs. This is course is understandable. However, it would be great if I could mute these so that the most pressing jobs that will actually be done could be towards the top. Currently, each time that I go into the jobs tab it is meaningless as the first page is made up of returns that may never be actually done due to client inaction. At the same time, I wouldn't…

  10. More info displayed in client list

    In the client tab it would be great to be able to see more information here (jobs in progress, jobs late, contact details etc). It would also be great to be able to print client list. It would allow for more visibility and ensure client information gaps are identified.

  13. Enable recurring jobs to be created with a creation date in the past

    When setting up recurring jobs for the first time, it's very possible that the ideal creation date has already passed.

    At the moment the system won't allow you to create these so the only way to achieve it is to create the immediate job as a one off then any future recurrences as a recurring job.

    Being able to create a recurring job with an historic creation date would solve the problem.

  14. Filter Clients by Custom Client Fields

    We can filter clients by Type and Tag and by searching the name and reference. The only way of grouping clients to be emailed is via tagging, which is limited (e.g. it's an OR search not an AND search) and difficult to set up and control e.g. is everyone tagged. Is it possible to select a few custom client fields that can be added to the filter?

    I think you should be able to add contacts to clients under the client editor screen (without having to add them to contacts first and then attach them)

  18. Reporting function. It would be great if Centre CRM could manage for me by emailing a lookup of certain JOBS i.e. "All accounts JOBS Open"

    Centre CRM could help managers manage by being able to set up weekly reporting to your email where you have selected a lookup.

    For example:-

    All open accounts JOBS.. Or
    All VAT JOBS
    All records requested JOBS

    You can go into CRM and view this information by creating the filter however it would help managers who use the system if Centre CRM prompted you by emailing the results of the lookup each week or 2-weekly to your email.

  20. Additional Email Recipient

    Allow an additional email recipient for recurring jobs. E.g. so the client's employee who deals with HR received all the payroll emails but none of the accounts emails.
