Filter Clients by Custom Client Fields
We can filter clients by Type and Tag and by searching the name and reference. The only way of grouping clients to be emailed is via tagging, which is limited (e.g. it's an OR search not an AND search) and difficult to set up and control e.g. is everyone tagged. Is it possible to select a few custom client fields that can be added to the filter?

The option to automatically send a text message to certain clients whenever an email is sent from the system.

Improved quick search results
Can the quick search results start after entering just a few letters rather than a whole word?
Also, can you hide completed jobs from the search results?

Emails getting stuck in approval list when it's switched off
I have set the option to approve emails before sending off, so emails are automatically sent without me checking them. I estimate about 1 in 50 emails get stuck in the approval list for some reason. Can this be fixed? If not, can we be automatically notified if there are emails in the approval list waiting for action so they don't get missed?

Additional Email Recipient
Allow an additional email recipient for recurring jobs. E.g. so the client's employee who deals with HR received all the payroll emails but none of the accounts emails.

Reporting function. It would be great if Centre CRM could manage for me by emailing a lookup of certain JOBS i.e. "All accounts JOBS Open"
Centre CRM could help managers manage by being able to set up weekly reporting to your email where you have selected a lookup.
For example:-
All open accounts JOBS.. Or
All VAT JOBS
All records requested JOBSYou can go into CRM and view this information by creating the filter however it would help managers who use the system if Centre CRM prompted you by emailing the results of the lookup each week or 2-weekly to your email.

Hyperlink to job when viewing the emails awaiting approval screen
Being able to link straight into the job in question before releasing/deleting an email awaiting approval when be really useful.

Have you thought about Quickbooks integration?
Hello. I run an accountancy firm and i had a trial of your software, I really liked it.... its very functional and user friendly. However, I was then pointed to Jetpack Workflow from a friend, which is an american based company doing a very similar kind of software to yourself but it integrates with Quickbooks, which most of our clients will be using going forward. Have you thought about integrating with such software?

Automation notifications on JOB tasks
When there is automation set up on a JOB task it should display that task in a different colour so that you can see where in the chain of tasks the automation is either active or due to become active.
Sometimes the automation has been set up on a task but you forget which task you set it up from and then you have to click through lots of tasks to find the automation and turn it off.

It would save time if you could create a contact and a client in one go and they were then automatically linked.

Search feature
When using the search feature please can you default for the results to only show contacts or clients with option to then add jobs, tasks and notes.
This would save me keep unticking the boxes everytime I search.
