Email outstanding jobs
Is it possible to add a feature whereby an email can be sent to the 'practice manager' with details of all outstanding jobs, say once a week or at a frequency determined by the practice.

Add same job to multiple clients
It would be very helpful to be able to assign jobs / job templates across multiple clients at the same time. e.g. when creating a recurring task you could select multiple clients rather than just one. This would be very helpful for initial set up

email automation
The system could be used to chase up clients for their records. So, for a VAT return, once a recurring job is set up the system could email the client every 7 days until paperwork/records received. For accounts, the period of recurring email should be longer, but maybe this could be specified in the client info.

When are we likely to see integration with Office365 / MS Outlook for sync of Contacts, Tasks, Calendar Appointments etc.

Bulk delete open jobs
Is there a way to bulk delete all open jobs?

I think i've mentioned this before but being able to filter open jobs by deadline date would be really handy.

Address should be visible when viewing client
It looks like the address is only visible if you edit the client?

page numbers at top & bottom of pages
With multiple clients would be nice if the pages were at the top as well so you don't have to scroll down to get to the next page

Import needed
If there is no import facility, can't see may accountants bothering to manually enter all the clients & jobs into the system
2 votesThis has now been implemented – you can import Clients and Contacts. Navigate to the Settings tab, and then select the Import option.

allow Clients to be 'contacts' of other clients
Jobs are posted for clients, so a Limited Company would be a client (accounts, tax etc). Generally the Directors are clients also (tax) but you would want to know they were also a contact of the Limited Company

Companies House Integration
Does the software integrate with Companies House and update records with Companies House overnight

1 voteYes, we already have this functionality – select Clients from the menu, and then select any single client. Click the Companies House tab, and then follow the instructions. I’ve attached a screenshot.
This data automatically gets updated every day.

From the reports suite, I think you need to show the client name on the list of open jobs.

Client Type
Create an extra field for the client type "sole trader". Sole Traders and Individuals not necessarily dealt with the ame when it comes to preparing the tax return.

Deletion
Hi, I entered too many of the same Jobs under one client by mistake and now I have 3 'client setup' jobs that are the same. I need to delete 2 of these entries but there is no 'Delete' option to do this. Maybe it would be helpful if there was a 'Delete' button on this page to be able to do this hassle free. regards, Nigel.

You can already delete a job. To do this, open up the individual job, click the “More Options” button (top left) and select the “Delete” option

Change how the checkbox displays in custom fields
when looking at a checkbox (custome field created) if it's ticked the number 1 is shown to indicate it's ticked. It would be better to show "Yes" instead of "1"
