Allow tasks to be muted
At times, I will have clients how are very far behind on returns. I am aware of these, yet they still show up at the top of my list of jobs. This is course is understandable. However, it would be great if I could mute these so that the most pressing jobs that will actually be done could be towards the top. Currently, each time that I go into the jobs tab it is meaningless as the first page is made up of returns that may never be actually done due to client inaction. At the same time, I wouldn't…

Jobs creation
When creating a new job you are redirected to jobs overview page, but I think it would be nice if this job opened straight after saving it, so we can modify it: add relevant tasks etc.

Emails: view all in one place, ability to approve before sending & BCC
1) It would be very handy to be able to view all emails within a single location as opposed to go into each particular client or job.
2) Having a toggle feature where by you could manually approve emails before them being sent could be beneficial - automation is great but if for some reason a step hasn't been followed correctly it's easy for dud info to go out to the client.
3) As sent items don't appear within the sent items folder of our email providers, a blanket BCC option would prove good - I work heavily from Outlook…

Entering details of client's fees & pipeline clients
To make this the central hub of practice management, expected fees could be entered and reported.

In the client tab it would be great to be able to see more information here (jobs in progress, jobs late, contact details etc). It would also be great to be able to print client list. It would allow for more visibility and ensure client information gaps are identified.

Make client contact addition easier
I think you should be able to add contacts to clients under the client editor screen (without having to add them to contacts first and then attach them)

Communications tab
It would be great to have a "communications / emails" tab under the client rather than events. In addition, I think that this should better summarise the nature of communication so that one doesn't need to click through each item until they find what they are looking for eg include email subject line and date.

Set legal address to same as trading address
A tick box to automatically copy the legal address into the trading address fields would be useful and save a bit of time.

It would be nice to be able when uploading documents to add a category so that documents can be sorted by this

Allow Clients fields to show in each job
It would be useful to be able to display clients fields in the JOB as well as creating custom job fields
