Job status bar should change colour once complete
When viewing the job list from within a client, it's not immediately obvious if the job is complete or not (I realise the bar fills as you complete the various tasks but you have to look closely to see if it's completely full or not).
How about a red bar when tasks are outstanding that then turns to green once the whole job is complete?

The option for tasks with auto emails to also auto complete
Auto email goes out.
If that's the whole point of that particular task i.e. send X email it would be good if there was a tick box for the task itself to auto complete.

The ability to send emails to non-contacts
Example:
I want to send a professional clearance email to the ex-accountant of a new client.
If I want to do this through CentreCRM I would have to add them as a contact then remove them again afterwards.
If I forget to remove them the ex-accountant could end up receiving future automated emails by mistake - not good.

Non-automated emails linked to tasks
At the moment you can attach automatic emails to tasks, either when the task starts or when it's marked as complete.
However there are many occasions where i'd like to attach a specific email template to a task but not have it sent automatically, perhaps because the email needs tweaking slightly for example.
Yes the fill template option can be used but that means remembering exactly what templates belong to what tasks - it would be more intuitive to set these up from the off.

Enable recurring jobs to be created with a creation date in the past
When setting up recurring jobs for the first time, it's very possible that the ideal creation date has already passed.
At the moment the system won't allow you to create these so the only way to achieve it is to create the immediate job as a one off then any future recurrences as a recurring job.
Being able to create a recurring job with an historic creation date would solve the problem.

Emails to approve widget to be more prominent
Consider moving the dashboard emails to approve widget from the bottom to the top of the screen and make the box stand out a bit more if there's anything in there (could turn red for example once the email count goes above 0)

Ability to edit emails to approve
Once emails are in the approval queue an edit facility would be handy instead of having to delete and go through the motions again.

If emails are generated automatically when completing a task, a pop-up notification would be handy, especially if emails need approving first.

Quick view of open tasks per job
The more we get into the system, the more we're realising we probably won't use the task schedule view - there's just too much in there. I appreciate those with bigger practices might do so where individual task assignment is important but with the 1-2 man practitioners like myself assigning is a bit overkill.
We will most likely work from Jobs > Open the majority of the time. Whilst being able to see the 'active milestone' is handy, it's not always a true reflection of the situation (if the tasks haven't been done in order for instance).

'Back to job' button
You're within a task or within fill template and want go back to the job overview screen. It seems you have to either use the back button on the browser (which sometimes provides a cached copy of the job) or click on the jobs option from the main menu and find it again.
It would be really handy to have a 'return to job' button somewhere within both screens.

Add notes to task
I know you can add notes against the job in general once it's been created but I think it would also be useful to have the ability to add notes to each individual task at the point of creation.
These notes could then be visible when clicking through into each task of even better simply by hovering over the task name from within the main job view.
